GENERAL INFOS Your reservation is private, for the whole apartment/house. Guests are welcome! The accommodation is complete, has all the features of a normal home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety! The password or key will be sent at the day of your arrival, at 1PM. In case you need any different, please tell as soon as possible. Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, between 8AM until 8PM to better serve you!

It Has as 1 double bed, 1 mattress, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, electronic locker, household items and hot water.
There´s parking 1 block away from your apartment.
We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.
Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.
At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done presently, with key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.
If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!
On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.
Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.
Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.
If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!

Flamengo is an aristocratic neighborhood, guarding the Museum of the Republic, the Aterro do Flamengo park, the second largest in the world and open 24 hours a day. You will stay just a few meters from one of the most beautiful parks in the world, Aterro do Flamengo!

In addition, you will have all the local businesses that you need, pharmacies, markets, small shops, an open market, not to mention the main transports in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports to here it is about 10 min from the SDU and 40 min from the GIG. Count on us for whatever you need tickets or questions about the city!

TRANSPORTS: Daily you have subway, buses and taxis to get in and out of the city and airports. Important Apps: Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: for private transport. Moovit: for bus, subway and train routes; Avoid cars, the city is very traffic jammed and expensive to park. We can pick or drop you up at the airports, port or bus station. We use regular sedan car.
