We lend 1 portable cot and baby car seat, for your car, as well as bed linen and bath and beach chairs, request 1 day before or withdraw in our store.

Every 7 days we exchange bed linen and bath, request 1 day before.

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, entry with key , according to local availability, between 2PM until 5PM, we need to give you the keys, then confirm the time of your arrival for more information. On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the chekin information. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. We love to help!

All guests need to be identified, for local security and our company, so when it is 2 days to your arrival, we will reinforce the request of photo documents. Don’t worry, your data is protected by LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

Daily: metro, bus and taxis to get in and out of the city and ports.
