The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom living room, 1 kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, front view, is on the 07th floor. Between Lapa and Municipal theater.

Electronic lock, 2 double beds, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, TV, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, mackerel, hangers, sofa, kitchenette, shower, gas hot water.

There is private parking near your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and also for your car and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before or withdraw in our store.

Every 7 days we exchange bed linen and bath, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, squares and attractions with transport options and shops. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM.

If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photo documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!
