The accommodation is complete, has all the features of a normal home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety!

The password or key will be sent at the day of your arrival, at 1PM. In case you need any different, please tell as soon as possible.

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, between 8AM until 8PM to better serve you!

MAID: Our maid can help on cleaning during your stay, at the cost of R$ 120 for up to 4 working hours, let us know if you want or need it! Includes: housekeeping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and bed lining with the same bed sheet.

EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICES

The apartment is divided in 1 sleeping room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has back/front view, less than 5 minutes away to the beach.

It Has as 1 double bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, electronic locker, household items and hot water.

There´s garage at the building, included at your reservation.

We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!

URCA

Urca is a charming and lively neighborhood with spectacular views of Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. The name comes from the acronym URban CArioca, URCA, the company that was responsible for building Flamengo Park in 1965!

If you are planning a visit to Rio de Janeiro, be sure to include Urca in your itinerary. To help you make the most of this region, I have prepared some tips:

What to do in Urca:

Sugarloaf Cable Car: An unmissable ride to enjoy the panoramic view of the city. You can choose to go up to Morro da Urca or go straight to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain.

Praia Vermelha: Relax on the fine sand and enjoy the calm sea. It is a great place to sunbathe, practice water sports or simply enjoy the scenery.

Forte de São João: Learn a little about the history of Rio de Janeiro at this 16th-century fort, which offers an incredible view of the bay.

Morro da Urca Trail: For those who enjoy adventure, the Morro da Urca trail is a great option. You can do the trail on foot or by bike and enjoy the lush nature.

Mureta da Urca: One of the most charming spots in the region, Mureta da Urca is perfect for a relaxing stroll and to enjoy the view of Sugarloaf Mountain and Guanabara Bay.

Restaurants and bars: Urca offers a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. You can find everything from restaurants with ocean views to more laid-back bars.

Feira da Urca: On weekends, the Feira da Urca offers a variety of handcrafted products, clothing, accessories and typical foods.

TRANSPORTS:

Daily you have subway, buses and taxis to get in and out of the city and airports.

Important Apps:

Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: for private transport.

Moovit: for bus, subway and train routes;

Avoid cars, the city is very traffic jammed and expensive to park.
