The apartment is divided in 1 sleeping room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has back/front view, less than 5 minutes away to the beach.

It Has as 1 double bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, electronic locker, household items and hot water.

There´s garage at the building, included at your reservation.

We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, your password will be given to you on the day of your stay at 1PM. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don't have any guests, we'd love to help! It's important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so when there are 2 days left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for a photo of their documents. Don't worry, your data will be protected, in light of the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If there are no guests after that, we'd love to help!
