The password or access key will be sent on the day of your arrival, from 1pm. For special requests, please contact us in advance.

Our team is available to assist you from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 8pm.

EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICES

The apartment is divided in 1 sleeping room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has back/front view, less than 5 minutes away to the beach.

Your accommodation has 1 double bed, 1 large sofa and 2 single beds. cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, household items and hot water.

There´s parking in front/1 block away from your apartment.

We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!

PETRÓPOLIS!

Petrópolis, known as the Imperial City, is a charming tourist destination in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro. With its rich history, stunning architecture, lush landscapes and mild climate, the city attracts visitors from all over the world.

Petrópolis’s history dates back to the 19th century, when Emperor Dom Pedro I fell in love with the region and acquired land to build a summer retreat for the royal family.

In 1843, Dom Pedro II officially founded the city, which became an important political and cultural center of the country.

- The Imperial Museum: Former Summer Palace of the royal family, the museum houses a collection of objects, furniture and works of art that depict the history of the Brazilian Empire.
