The password or key will be sent at the day of your arrival, at 1PM. In case you need any different, please tell as soon as possible.

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, between 8AM until 8PM to better serve you!

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
The house is divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen and 4 bathrooms, with a front view, and is 7 minutes from the beach. Mechanical lock, queen-size bed, single mattresses, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtains, iron, hair dryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, full kitchen, bidet, hot water.
There is a private garage for 1 car at your accommodation.
We lend 1 portable crib and also for your car and bed linen for your baby, as well as beach chairs. Request 1 day in advance or pick them up at our store.
We change bed linen and towels every 7 days. Request 1 day in advance. We send a maid daily to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. She only cleans the rooms if requested for our service.
In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options.

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done presently, with a key, in a dealed time beteween us.

If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!

COPACABANA!

The neighborhood is 24/7 and very charming!

You will be a few steps to one of the most famous beaches in the world, local shops, pharmacies, markets, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway.

From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

Nearby there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and all you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.

Tips:

At the beach everything is more expensive tha inside the neighborhood.

If you pay in cash, always ask for discount.

All museums are FREE at Tuesdays.

Don´t believe beggars!

TRANSPORTS:

Daily you have subway, buses and taxis to get in and out of the city and airports.

Important Apps:

Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: for private transport.

Moovit: for bus, subway and train routes;

Avoid cars, the city is very traffic jammed and expensive to park.

We can pick or drop you up at the airports, port or bus station. We use regular sedan cars and registered drivers.
