GENERAL INFORMATION

Your reservation is private, for the use of the entire accommodation. Guests are welcome within the confines of the accommodation and must always be identified in advance. When you book, you will receive 1 free gift, of your choice: 1 Airport-Apt, Apartment-Aero Transfer, or 1 Ticket to Christ, Sugarloaf Mountain, Zoo or Aquarium. How does it work? Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, informing the desired date and time (the system requires time information), then we will issue and send it by email or WhatsApp! The accommodation has all the features of a normal house, designed to serve you with comfort and security! The password or key to your door will be sent on the day of your arrival at 1PM. If you need anything different, please let us know as soon as possible, ok? Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, from 8AM to 8PM to better serve you!

The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, it is on the 7° floor, front/back view, less than 5 minutes from the beach.

It has 2 double bed, 1 hammock , we provide mattress, double, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, home items and hot water.

There is private parking in the neighborhood of your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before.

Every 7 days we exchange bed and bath linen, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, opposite the beach and with transport options and trade. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM. If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help! On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different. Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR. Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family. If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!
