EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICES

The apartment is divided in 1 sleeping room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has back/front view, is at the XX floor and 5 minutes away to the beach. There´s parking in front/1 block away from your apartment.

We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in and Check-out made easy!

Check-in: From 2pm to 5pm. Check-out: late at 12 noon. Both remote, with information sent at 1:00 p.m. on Friday night (Wi-Fi required). Early check-in or check-in after 5 p.m.: Request in advance, we will be able to help you!

Identification: We will send a letterhead for photos and documents 2 days before check-in (your data will be secure, in accordance with LGPD).

Cleaning: Our cleaning team will check in at 12 noon to prepare the apartment for the next guest.

A "Mansão Wayne" in Catete, Rio de Janeiro, is not a fictional mansão of Batman, but rather a thematic establishment that homages the universe of superheroes. It is a space that combines a restaurant, bar and hamburger, offering an immersive experience for fans of pop culture. The place is all decorated with references to the Batman universe, creating an atmosphere that reminds Mansão Wayne two quadrinhos and films. Our aim is to offer an experience that goes beyond gastronomy, providing a moment of entertainment and fun for your family.

Gastronomy: The card includes hamburgers, petiscos, executive dishes and other options, with names and presentations that refer to the characters and elements of the Batman universe. The objective is to offer quality cuisine, with selected ingredients and careful preparations.

Empório Jardim, located in Casa Firjan. It offers a pleasant atmosphere and a varied menu, with options for morning coffee, lunch and lunches. The restaurant has two rooms, a garden and an internal room, with capacity to receive up to 90 people. The decoration is charming and the atmosphere is ideal for a quiet morning coffee, a pleasant lunch or an afternoon lunch.

Cardápio: The cardápio of Empório Jardim is known for its variety and quality. It is possible to find options for all tastes, from salty and sandwiches to more elaborate dishes. The manhã coffee is served throughout the day, or it is a differential of the restaurant.

The Empório Jardim at Casa Firjan operates from third to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with two port dates at 6:30 p.m. Casa Firjan does not allow the entry of pets, children or groups formed by the Palace and its Gardens that are protected by Historical Heritage.1
