The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, view backs/ front, is on the 4th floor and 5 minutes from the beach.

Electronic lock, queen bed, mattresses for singles, bedding and bath, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtain, iron, hair dryer, wardrobe, hangers, full kitchen, hygienic shower, gas hot water. There is private parking near your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and also for your car and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before or withdraw in our store. Every 7 days we exchange bed and bath linen, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport options and trade. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM. If you need early Checkin or after 5PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help! On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD. Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the devices and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family. If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!
