MAID: Our maid can help with the cleanliness during your stay, at a cost of R$ 300 per week. Please advise 1 day before if you wish. It is included: cleaning of rooms, bathroom, kitchen and lining beds with the same clothes.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Your accommodation features 1 double bed, , 2 single matresses, 1 sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, home items and hot water.

Mechanical lock, double bed, bed linen and bath, TV, fan, curtain with blackout, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, full kitchen, hygienic shower, gas hot water.

There is private parking 1 block from your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and also for your car and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before or withdraw in our store.

Every 7 days we exchange bed linen and bath, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, opposite the beach and with transport options and shops. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need any different, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!

COPACABANA!

The neighborhood works 24h and is very charming!

You will stay a few meters from one of the most famous beaches in the world, have all the local shops that need pharmacies, markets, shops, free market, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports to here is about 20 min from SDU and 50 min from GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need of a common neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.

Tips:

In the edge everything is more expensive than in the streets inside.

If you’re paying cash, negotiate discounts!

On Tuesdays all museums are free!

Do not believe in beggars!

TRANSPORT:

Daily: metro, bus and taxis to get in and out of the city and ports.

Important apps:

Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: for private transportation.

Moovit: for bus routes, metro and trains.

Avoid using car, the city is very crowded and expensive to park.

We can pick you up or take you to the airports, port or bus station. We use medium sedan car.

SDU, Porto or Bus Station: R$ 120.

GIG: R$ 150

Cabo Frio and Búzios: R$ 600

Angra and Ilha Grande: R$ 800
