Your reservation is private, for the use of all accommodation. Guests are welcome on the edge of the accommodation!

The Lodging has all the features of a normal house, designed to serve you with comfort and safety!

The password or key of your door will be sent on the day of your arrival at 1PM. If you need something different, let me know as soon as possible, ok?

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, from 8AM to 8PM to better serve you!

MAID: Our maid can help with the cleanliness during your stay, at a cost of R $ 120 for up to 4 hours of work. Notify 1 day before if you wish. It is included: room cleaning, bathroom, kitchen and lining beds with the same clothes.

The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, is on the 11° floor, view backgrounds/ front, less than 5 minutes from the beach.

It has 1 king bed, 1 double sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, home items and hot water.

There is private parking 1 block from your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before.

Every 7 days we exchange bed linen and bath, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, opposite the beach and with transport options and shops. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

HECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM.

If you need early check in or after 5PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photo documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!

The neighborhood works 24h and is very charming!

You will stay a few meters from one of the most famous beaches in the world, have all the local shops that need pharmacies, markets, shops, free market, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports to here is about 20 min from SDU and 50 min from GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need of a common neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.

Tips:

In the edge everything is more expensive than in the streets inside.
