Private bedroom, living, bathroom and pool, designed for digital nomads who want to live and work! Work desk, air conditioning, crib, beach chairs, 3 guests, cable TV, Wi-Fi.

Shared kitchen and living room, visitors welcome, 24-hour security on the street! Copacabana, transportation, shops, services and the beach!

The maid will care of the house and bathrooms during the day. We change the bed and towels free of charge every 7 days.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Your accommodation is completely private. The living room and kitchen are common areas and our maid will take care of the house throughout the day. Guests are welcome!

Your accommodation has all the features of a normal house, designed to provide you with comfort and security!

Your door key will be given to you on the day of your arrival at 1PM. If you need anything different, please let us know as soon as possible, ok?

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, from 8AM to 8PM to better serve you!

HOUSEKEEPING: Our housekeeper can help with cleaning throughout your stay. Included: cleaning of rooms, bathroom, kitchen and making beds with the same linens. Once a week we change bed linen and towels for free.

PAYMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS: Pay for your accommodation in up to 12 interest-free installments!

7 DAYS/WEEK: Our team works from 8AM to 8PM to help you, 7 days a week.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Your room is divided into 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 balcony with pool and 1 bathroom, with a front view, located on the 3rd floor and 5 minutes from the beach.

Mechanical lock, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtains, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, fully equipped shared kitchen, hot water with gas.

There is private parking near your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable crib and also for your car and bed linen for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance or pick them up at our store.

We change bed linen and towels every 7 days, request 1 day in advance.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transportation and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and have some fun!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done presently, with key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!
