A LITTLE HISTORY:

The origin of the name "Flamengo" is linked to the Dutch invasion attempt in the 16th century. The Dutch, coming from Flanders, were called Flemish. Over the years, Flamengo has become a noble neighborhood, with large mansions and imposing buildings. The Flamengo Landfill, an engineering work that transformed the landscape of the city, contributed to the development of the neighborhood.

What makes Flamengo a special place:

MAID: Our maid can help on cleaning during your stay, at the cost of R$ 120 for up to 4 working hours, let us know if you want or need it! Includes: housekeeping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and bed lining with the same bed sheet.

The apartment is divided in 1 sleeping room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, has front view, less than 10 minutes away to the beach and 10 to downtown.

It Has as 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, electronic locker, household items and hot water.

We lend 1 portable cradle and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

At the neighborhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!
