Our space has been carefully prepared to offer all the features of a home, ensuring comfort and security during your stay.

The password or access key will be sent on the day of your arrival, from 1pm. For special requests, please contact us in advance.

Our team is available to assist you from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 8pm.

- Business travelers: We offer invoice issuance and customized services to meet your needs.

- Cleaning Service: Enjoy an always impeccable environment with our maid service, available for R $ 120 for up to 4 hours of work (schedule 1 day in advance).

- We are a Gay Friendly space, certified by the B PROUD program.

- Service 7 days a week: Count on our team to assist from 8am to 8pm, every day.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The house is divided into 3 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 3 bathroom, view backs/ front and 5 minutes from the beach.

Electronic lock, 3 double bed, 2 single bed , bedding and bath, 1 air conditioning, smart TV, 2 fan, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa bed, full kitchen, hygienic shower, gas hot water.

The house offers a parking space for passenger car.

We lend 1 portable cot and baby car seat, for your car, as well as bed linen and bath and beach chairs, request 1 day before or withdraw in our store.

Every 7 days we exchange bed and bath linen, request 1 day before.

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done in person, your key will be delivered on the day of your stay between 2PM and 5PM. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the information. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!
