It is located on Rua Ministro Viveiro de Castro, Copacabana, close to transport, shops and services. The region is very charming, well frequented and with many shops and interesting places to eat and visit!

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, just ask, ok?

Your reservation is exclusive, for the use of the entire accommodation, up to the informed capacity of people. Guests are welcome!

The accommodation is complete, has all the features of a normal home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety!

In detail:

Accommodation: Double bed, bed and bath linen, air conditioning, TV with open channels and IPTV, fan, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, blackout curtain, kitchen with complete equipment and utensils, electronic lock at the entrance and closet.

Two highlights of your stay are the warmth and silence it offers, both inside and outside the city. Close to the beach, many people take their pets and children to run and play, while they slow down from the rush of everyday life.

IMPORTANT: we can help you with tickets, transfers, currency exchange, laundry. Let us know if you want to save time, we can leave as many things as possible in advance.

Your accommodation has 1 double bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, household items and hot water.

During your stay, we change bed and bath linen every 7 days, we just ask that you let us know 1 day before you want the change.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.

On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Copacabana is a 24/7 neighborhood and very charming!

You will be a few steps to one of the most famous beaches in the world, local shops, pharmacies, markets, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.

Daily you have subway, buses and taxis to get in and out of the city.
